The Constitution states one of the Federation's goals as establishing a club in every high school. The committee focuses not only on this goal but also on increasing membership in already established clubs. State Chairman Clinger has established an increase in membership as one of his main tenets, and therefore the Committee on Membership has been incredibly active as of late.
